What

Organization, management and leadership of the process of searching for investors for a business, project or company, as well as complete economic and financial support in negotiations. This is a independent and structured Deal Management, aiming to reduce the time consumed and preserving confidentiality. 

 

When

When it is necessary to obtain financial resources through the sale of partial or total capital, or when selling a company. This context involves taking important decisions, which should be in a rational, clear and realistic way, vis à vis the objectives of the stakeholders.

 

How

First of all, there’s a preparation for negotiation and then, the search for investor. In the preparation phase, value parameters and other relevant information are gathered and used to prepare documents that will be disposed to a restricted group of potential investors. This phase should include a Value Study of the business. Lately, starts the process of searching for investors, presenting the opportunity and managing communications with potential investors. In this process analyses are performed to support negotiations, discussions and the decision making process, contributing to transaction success.

 

Format

This work has two main documents which are the Teaser, which is an executive summary of the investment opportunity, used to attract potential investors, and the Infomemo, a complete report, with enough information for the investor to analyze the opportunity and start negotiations.
